Data corrections
Every event comes from a seismic agency and is shown as they report it. To help us check a problem quickly, include:
- The address of the earthquake or region page.
- What looks wrong (time, place, magnitude, a duplicate) and what you expected.
- The agency page or bulletin you are comparing with, if you have one.
If an agency later revises its own figures, the page updates on its own. Sources and licences are listed on the data sources page.
API, MCP and embeds
For questions about the API and MCP server or the embed widget, tell us the endpoint or page, what you sent and what came back.
Privacy questions
Use the same email address for questions about personal data, felt reports or alert subscriptions. Our privacy notice explains what the site stores and which third-party services it uses.
